Our customer is a specialty plasma-derived biopharmaceutical company engaged in innovating, developing, and commercializing high-quality plasma derivatives to save lives and enhance the quality of life for people. For producing these biopharmaceuticals, the customer is currently utilizing a boiler system to produce steam which is used for heating, cleaning, and pure steam generation. The steam is produced using an 850 Kg/hr vertical boiler running on HSD. NZE converted the HSD-fired burner to an LPG-fired burner, resulting in average reduced purchase costs of 34% and reduced emissions by way of opting for cleaner gaseous fuel.

With the above-given data, NZE provided an end-to-end engineering solution for converting liquid fuel to clean fuel, i.e., an LPG fuel combustion system. For this, Net Zero company has recommended an LPG System with a redundant vaporizer and PRS system and took all care in replacing the diesel-fired burner with an LPG-fired burner with a secondary gas train.
